(Give me your best pitch and I will knock it out of the park!) It is good to be prepared for these lame, canned questions, and your advice is spot-on. But I wonder if it is good to try to build a real conversation with interviewers beyond the &#039;you-pitch-I-swing&#039; approach. For example, end an answer with a follow-up question: &quot;So tell me, for people who have had this job before, what kind of failure is most problematic?&quot; They tell you, you nod your head and agree, &quot;I can see that would be an issue and I can&#039;t imagine dropping the ball like that!&quot;</description>
