Great points! The web resume/application is easily lost in the clutter. Where I work, dropping in won’t get you seen by anyone more than the receptionist, but those in-person apps always seem to be more promising than resumes blasted our way via the web. The schedule availability is another great point. How do you make someone believe you ‘just gotta have’ the job, when you are so narrow minded about when you could deign to do it.
